The Founder started selling home-cooked meals to fellow employees and building staff.
1993
Took professional cooking lessons to improve cooking skills
2011
Worked abroad as a cook to gain more experience in international kitchens
2013
Returned to the Philippines and opened a canteen near Shaw MRT station, along Sierra Madre St
2015
Launched Yohan’s Sizzling, our first official food business in Sultan St, later moved to Tektite 4th floor, Ortigas
2016
The pandemic forced us to close both our Tektite and Pasig branches
2020
Opened our Pasig kitchen and new Tektite food stall 4th floor.
2024
2021
Bounced back and reopened our kitchen and canteen, continuing to serve employees, guards, and staff within the building once again.
Opened our new Tektite Canteen (1st Floor Cube)
